Whether it’s for socialising, motivation or mutual suffering. At Wildman Active we offer you a professional running experience where one of our qualified Personal Trainers will run alongside you at a tempo that suits you.

Our run buddy sessions are held in Seven Kings Park and Valentines Park, both in Ilford Essex. You will be given a running log to record your progress enabling you to take your running to the next level.

Come and join us for an Active bootcamp session and put your stamina, teamwork skills, determination and resilience to the test! What exactly is a Active bootcamp session? It’s intervals of running and weight training combined. A unique workout that will be sure to leave you feeling invigorated.

Our Active bootcamp sessions challenge every muscle in your body with little rest between sets. By having short rest periods for the duration of the bootcamp session (1 hour) you will be burning hundreds of calories and putting yourself to the test.
The Wildman Active bootcamp session is for everyone. Whether you are new to training or a regular gym goer sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
